I love my job. But I hate stress. Therefore, my deli ma is: How can I continue to excel in my job and eliminate stress?
No witty answer for this…I may explore it more, but I’m ready to hear from outside of my own thoughts.

First, let me say that RCC was strait up rockin on Sunday April 12th.
We had a guest speaker who also does chalk drawings. (his name is Jason). He blew it up. He nailed it every service. It’s always great to work around professional people. So that was an obvious win.
However, I want to brag on RCC musicians. Wednesday night rehearsal was the greatest rehearsal I’ve been apart of since I moved here. Everyone showed up with their A game. We were able to run the entire set with no stops and were even able to take a 10 minute break. In fact, I was so amazed at Wednesday Rehearsal, I was ready for a “not so solid” rehearsal on Sunday Morning. However, once again, the RCC team threw down. Each service was great musically and I finally felt free enough to lead worship without worrying about chords, structure, or timing.
Even though, all of those were wonderful wins, the best part of Easter Sunday was that there were about 40 commitments to Christ, first time and recommitting. I felt honored to be a part of an organization that is missional and cares about creating relevant environments to connect people and God.
Great Easter.
