I wasn't a fan of Inglorious Basterds... I thought the ending was actually not a big surprise minus the girl getting shot and that was the beauty of Pulp Fiction. With Pulp Fiction, you did not know what would happen next. so yeah... I was disappointed.

Clint,

It's not a generation thing, it's the telephone!

Way before your time, there was no way to communicate with someone other than seeing them in person or hand-writing them a letter on a piece of paper. Then all that changed and a device that allowed you to instantly engage with someone without seeing them and without writing anything - the telephone!! It changed the world!!!

My guess is that as people had access to this new technology (the phone) that they found it fascinating and couldn't get enough. In fact, some probably even became "addicted".

I'm sure I am addicted to stuff. Of course I tend to view it as being "passionate" about it. I guess my way of justification. Hunting, social media, "last man on Earth" movies, chocolate milk just to name a few.

Interesting blog and thanks for posting, and for asking the question.

Great encouragement! We should all want to glorify God and "for more than a name". Thanks for the inspiration!

beautiful! i missed church last sunday so i didn't hear that and haven't listened to the podcast of it yet! i DO love what he said today, and of course, it's so good that it's the title of todays message,...

PRAY UNTIL PEACE COMES! i don't have my notes right in front of me, but that's the best paraphase I can give! but isn't that hard-hitting?
